In the ceremony, Cacao becomes a portal. It sharpens the mind, opens the heart, and connects us to our joy, our aliveness. When facilitated properly, it can be a conduit to connect us to each other. and the present moment.

The True Roots of Modern Cacao Ceremony
Fulfilling prophecy, I was the first person to hold the first Cacao Ceremony in Bali and Ibiza and one of the pioneers bringing it to Australia.
Now there are many ceremonies all over the world, and some have lost their integrity. That’s why I created this course to preserve the integrity and support the original prayer of Ixcacao - the Meso American Goddess of Cacao depicted with multiple breasts, which are cacao pods.

With over 30 years of experience, Malaika has taught all across the world, including at some of the world's top events like Bali Spirit Festival, Burning Man, Symbiosis, Festival of Bliss, Tantra Festival Thailand, Ibiza Tantra Festival, India Tantra Festival where she brought the first ever Cacao Ceremonies to these countries. She has also performed and facilitated group ceremonies at Woodford Folk Festival, Bellingen Global Carnival, BOOM Festival, and numerous private events. for opening and closing ceremonies.
Most of my accreditations come from direct lived experience with indigenous people in their homelands from Africa, Australian Aboriginals, Hawaiian Kapunus, Balinese high priestesses and priests, Shamans from deep in the Amazon jungles as well as being a qualified ISHTA- yoga teacher, Qualified Water Dance Practitioner, Hawaiian Body Worker, Permaculturist, African Dance performer and teacher, Ecstatic Dance Dj, Ceremonialist, and Creatrix of 5Elements Dance Activation™. I am a mother, grandmother, an endless student of life, anda seeker of truth- a doula for awakening human consciousness
I am a Wisdom Keeper and inspirational facilitator who has been at the forefront of the global consciousness dance movement and has been instrumental in bringing Cacao movement Ceremonies into the modern world, where community, connection, and love are so desperately needed to heal our fractured societies. That has been my role, weaving all I have learned into ceremonies that contain the essence of our Ancient Ancestors and honor them while making them powerful and palatable for the modern world.
