Five Elements as an active somatic dance meditation drawing on the wisdom of yoga, pranayama, ecstatic dance, shamanic clearing and earthing, using breath as a tool to enter heightened states of consciousness and an expanded sense of awareness. Every 'body' is welcome! Just be prepared to move, groove, sweat, and smile all over!

Sip raw cacao in a heart expanding ceremony to experience a greater sense of balance harmony and connection with the community, yourself, and our Earth. Intiche music will take you into the heart of the jungle-mountain-seas- and new word landscapes, flying to space with feet and hips rooted on the Earth as we stomp the grounds of Pacha Mama togather and shake the spirits to the bones.
