CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 

The $500USD deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances. Please make sure you are aware the deposit is non-refundable. Please make sure you are committed to attending before submitting your payment.

All cancellations received one month prior to the start date will be met with a refund MINUS the  $500 Non Refundable deposit.

Any cancellations received after 2 weeks before the start date will be met with a 50% refund plus loss of your deposit.

 

After that any cancellation will be met WITHOUT a financial refund unless you provide a certified medical reason of unforeseen circumstances which would prevent you from attending.( ie a serious body injury or death in the family) In which case you will receive a refund MINUS the non refundable deposit. 

If a participant decides to leave early once any course, retreat or training has started you will forfeit your payment.

All payments must be processed at least 2 weeks before the start date or they will be subject to a 5% late fee.

  1. Course Access: Once you have gained access to any course materials, no refunds will be issued. By accessing the course content, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final.

  2. Commitment: We recommend that you carefully consider your commitment and availability before purchasing the course. Ensure that you have the necessary time, resources, and prerequisites to fully engage in the course.

  3. Technical Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate hardware, software, and internet connection to access and download the course materials. We cannot be held responsible for any technical issues on your end that may hinder your ability to access the course.

  4. Course Content: Our courses are provided "as is" and are subject to change or removal at our discretion. We strive to deliver accurate and up-to-date content, but we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the course materials.

  5. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and supplementary resources, are protected by intellectual property rights. The unauthorized distribution, sharing, or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Elaboration on Retreat Policy for In My Elements Retreats:

  1. The following is the cancellation/refund policy for the In My Elements Retreats Or Trainings:

  2. Deposit: To reserve your place for the IME Retreat or Trainings, a non-refundable deposit of $555 USD is required. The deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  3. Cancellation and Refund: If you are unable to attend the IME Retreat, you must provide written notice at least one month in advance of the event to be eligible for a refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the forfeiture of any refund.

  4. All Sales Are Final: Once the event has commenced, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Due to the nature of the retreat and the resources allocated, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made during or after the event.

  5. Behavior Problems or Conflicts: In the event that you decide to leave the retreat or request to be removed due to behavioral problems or conflicts with other participants or staff, no refund will be provided. We expect all participants to adhere to respectful and cooperative behavior during the retreat. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat if their behavior disturbs the peace or negatively affects the experience of other participants. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

  6. Confirmation and Travel Insurance: Before purchasing your spot, it is crucial to confirm your ability to attend the retreat. We recommend thoroughly considering your schedule, commitments, and any potential conflicts. Additionally, it is your responsibility to acquire suitable travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances during the retreat.

  7. Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances that affect global travel to the retreat location, the IME Retreat may be held on the same scheduled dates through an online platform. We will make every effort to ensure that the retreat experience is upheld and delivered virtually.
